Cannabutter Ice Cream - No Machine Needed
This recipe is so easy and makes one of the creamiest ice creams I've ever had. Skeptical at first thinking there is no way this is going to be good, but low and behold it is awesome!
Tools Needed:
Stand mixer or hand mixer with whisk paddle
Spatula
Glass or plastic container with lid
Ingredients:
2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk (refrigerated)
1/4 cannabutter whipped and cool
1 tsp vanilla
Add any fruit, nuts, cookie dough, cake pieces, candy pieces or anything you fancy to add to your ice cream.
1. Add 2 cups of whipping cream or heavy cream into a bowl. On med high begin to whip the cream, as it thickens turn the speed up to high. Whip for 1-3 mins until stiff peaks form. Do not over whip or you will make butter.
2. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and cannbutter , vanilla and continue to whip to foamy peaks.
3. Fold in optional flavors, nuts, cake, cookie dough, crumbled Oreo's, peanut butter, chocolate chips, fruit puree, etc.
3. Transfer to container and freeze for minimum of 6 hours to overnight.
